- Update us on your life in the Cyber Café.
- As an optional activity in this course, present one-sentence statement of your current dissertation topic in the Dissertation Discussion. If it is not clear, I will ask for more details. A clear dissertation can readily be stated in one declarative sentence. You can begin the sentence by saying: “I want to study the experience of ___” (if it is a qualitative study) or “I want to study the effect of ___ on ___.’ Keep it simple.
- Read Anderson (2008, Anderson (2010), Grof (1998) and Wade (2006) posted as doc or pdf files in Module entitled Basic Course Materials.
- Listen to at least 1 hour of interviews with or talks by Stanislav Grof at http://www.stanislavgrof.com/video_audio.htm Links to an external site.. Feel free to choose among the many video and audio digital recordings on the Audio and Video Libraries on this website. Thereafter, write a 300-word (maximum) reflection relaying how the Grof reading and listenings have informed and/or challenged your understanding of human development. Post your reflection in the Grof Reading Reflection for Week 2.
- Read the Basic Instructions for Experiential Exercises and the Experiential Exercise, Exploring Early Memories posted in the Week 2 Activities Module. Complete this experiential exercise and post a 300-word reflection in the Experiential Exercise reflection in Week 2.
